Permanent Exchange of Real Estate

My wife, two small children and I want to move from California to Texas. We are looking for property that is owner financed that we can live on in our toy hauler while we build or renovate an existing home. We require property that can be developed. Septic already on property is ideal but not required. Electricity to property is also ideal but not required. We will have some cash to put down on a piece of property once we sell our mobile home in California.
