Home or condo, must be free and clear unless owner wants to finance any amount over the trade amount. Must not have any outside lender financing attached. Must not have any liens. Prefer something in the Tampa Bay area but will consider anywhere in Florida if the trade is right. Can be rural or in the city, must be in good shape.
