HERE'S MY FIX-IT LIST FOR OUR DUPLEX HERE IN DANA POINT AT 33421 NOTTINGHAM WAY
1. Move the electrical outlet over the fireplace up 12” (Mark can patch the drywall). He installed the outlet BEFORE he installed the new fireplace stone, and didn’t leave enough room for a mantle. J
2. Add a wall switch and a light fixture over the breakfast bar. I have the light fixture.
3. Make the electric to the garage door openers “to code” in both garages – currently, there’s just an extension cord running to the garage door opener.

FIX-IT LIST FOR THE HOUSE IN BIG BEAR

1. Up in Big Bear, there’s a closet Mark cut into the wall in the upstairs bedroom. He started to install a light switch and a light fixture, but could use an electrician to finish the job properly.
