Responsible person looking a shared/single room

I am a 40 yo professional guy looking for a place to stay, I am honest, decent, educated, easy going, zero drama, responsible and proactive.

In return for the room or bed. I can cook delicious meals, do the dishes, clean the house, water the garden and help with computer things.

I do work with computers all days as a freelance, and I won't use too many resources at home, I can pay for my own food.

I am open to stay with a young person, an elder, retired male, or any age is ok.
I am also open to people that has a studio and want to share it in this way and work together with computers/office.

Even if you only have a couch that can help too, even if you only want me to stay there for 7 hours to sleep at night that helps too, but if you have a small room that is better.
