Dentist / Orthodontist

In need of extensive dental work! Please, my health depends on getting help. I have 5 kids & 4 grand kids I am responsible for & no dental Ins. In trade I can help your family with babysitting services/shopping/cleaning. I need all my rotted/broken teeth pulled out ASAP as its causing severe headaches/nausea & pain.
I'm not looking to get this expensive & extensive work done without bartering in return for whatever I may be healthy enough to assist you with in return.
I look terrible & feel worse. I'm only 51 & can not work in public or even be healthy enough to work as I am.
Lets discuss & see what we can work out that will be helpful & fair to both of us.
