I'm looking to refinish the hardwood floors in a 500 square foot apartment. My landlord is willing to pay some of the cost in cash, and I will barter for the rest. I will need help moving the furniture before and after. We may need to do the living room one day and the bedroom another day to make it easier to move the furniture. (Otherwise we'll have to move it to the basement.)
