Description:
The drain for my washing machine needs to be replaced with a larger diameter drain. It is 40 years old and it backs up when the washing machine pumps the waste water.
I also need 4 ceiling fan ceiling fan supports replaced. They currently have the plastic supports but they are too weak and should be replaced with metal supports. I have the fans and I can hook them up myself...I just need the supports swapped out.
