Permanent Exchange of Land

I want to be the proud owner a piece of land in the Holy Land.

It can have a property currently on it or not.
It can have current tenants or renters.
It can be forest.
It can be farm-able.
It can be on the beach.
It can be the south (i.e. Eilat or the desert kibutzim from the Dead Sea to the Red Sea).
It can be Oceanside (anywhere from ashkelon to tel aviv to ceasaria along the coast).
It can be in the middle (around Jerusalem).
It can be in the far north (Tzefat/Safad, near the Kineret, etc).

It can NOT be in clearly disputed territories.
It can not have any current Leins, bank issues, or tax issues.
Any and all issues pertaining to zoning codes, building codes, tenat codes, etc must be clearly defined beforehand.
