We need a Joomla web design for an art related site that takes payment via paypal integrates ebay, adsense, and auto feeds products to Products plus has Analytics connected.

Must have Paypal integrated into the site.
Shopping cart that links to Paypal then returns to the site.
Analytics connected.
Assistance to ensure that the site is uploaded correctly to a GoDaddy Hosting account.
Main Index page-->many different categories-->a few different types of the same painting (i.e. original, canvas prints, paper prints, jewelry)
ABSOLUTELY MUST BE SEO COMPATIBLE FOR ON SITE SEO
All elements must be named so they are easy to recognize by untrained computer data entry people and match SEO.
Automatic Integration with Products/ Base.
Fewest clicks possible to making a purchase.
Integrated blog section (on the site for related articles that will be used for seo optimization)
Design elements must cater to men and women while enhancing the artwork shown.
Do NOT copy or purchase a standard photo display Joomla template site and call it your own.
EBAY module to show items from specific sellers on ebay (our sister art site posts regularly on Ebay and we want to highlight only their usernames posted products instead of having adsense on our site.)
Adsense module - but NOT activated. We may "turn it on" in the future and want it in place from the beginning.
A number of free minor changes after mild use of the site (2 months or so). (minor means color changes, font changes, image template changes, index page changes, etc. It does not mean an overhaul of the website.)
Ability to have you fix things if they break in the first few months due to new user errors. (i.e. php changes to template by accident, deleting scripts by accident, etc.)
A few meetings to ensure that at least one person on our team understand the basics of how you set the site up, how to make changes in the future, learns of any limitations based on your design, with the goal to be autonomous as quickly as possible.
