Web Designer to design website promoting a music festival

The website will look similar in terms of content and format to except that my event will take place at an all-inclusive resort for which I will be selling vacation packages that cover the lodging and entertainment at one of 7 different accommodation types within the resort for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days. The price of the getaway pacakge will be per accommodation, not per person as for a cruise. Even still, I want the individual booking the getaway package to have the option of paying for the booking in one installment or in multiple installments (2 or perhaps 3). I would give a 5% discount for bookings paid in full in one installment and also a 5% discount for booking early. So if a visitor to the website booked early and in one installment, they'd save 10%.
