Digital Camera with atleast 10 mp and charger if applicable

Sony, Canon something with that kind of quality. I dont want one that is complicated to use. No removable lenses. Must have good battery and charger unless its just your typical AA or AAA battery. I dont need any memory cards as I have to many as it is unless it is not your normal microSD or SDHC and thats what I would prefer. It will be used primarily for taking photos to post ads on Ebay and Craigslist but also some action photos. I may mount it to a motorcycle helmet so video is also a must.
