Permanent Exchange of Remote or Primitive Land

Want remote location land, preferably wooded with a water source, either spring, creek or spring-fed pond - but not mandatory, utilities not necessary, no restrictions! Within 50 miles of Branson would be nice. A manual pump well would be nice. A fixer-upper building on property is good too. An old barn is a shoe-in! Cell-phone reception would be a bonus too.
