I am a father that once had custody of my son he is soon to be 9,and in O7 i lost custody for i was arrested on false allagations in my home town charge dissmissed or droped my sons mom is not mother material i was the mother and father we are inseprable well in 07 after my releasei had a small addiction proublem i came to florence sc to restart my life ive been clean for allmost four years my small buiss. is very sucessful ,prior to this i and my sons mother gave custody to a very good friend ,she said for me to focus on my buissness and getting my self back together i had some kidney surgeries as well and during,07 i had a small crash in my early life im 28 now my son has allways been a big part of me ,and my life ive fully recovered i send her child support every week im big on birth days and christmas good report cards every thing i even give the her extra mony for being so good to him i do above and beyond but she promised me that i could get him for the summer and weekends and special occaisions well she lied the only time she gives me is supervised a couple hours at a time every other week i have been able to take him to a couple of special events but she makes me take her and says if i want to take him that ive got to take her and pay for her and all ,i raised him as a baby nurchering him since the day he weas bourn im missin all this time with him it has me sick she is all ways trying to make me jump through hoops just to ghet a glempse of him ,i know he misses me and proubley dont understand why i dont see him more im not going to bring her out in front of him because he does love her and im not going to confuse him but my son needs me and i need him i am going to be the best father a son can have and i allready am but she wont allow me to be there for him she is a control freak shes one of those weoman who thinks she dont need a man for nothin, but yet she gets her mom to watch him so she can go out with the girls and get drunk and what ever she does the thing is she caint condem me for life when she knows how good im doing please help.... sencerly Brandon Smith
