I have a pier & beam home that was built in 1946 and we have done a lot of work / updates to the home in the past couple years including completely gutting the bathroom and kitchen. We’re 99% through with the bathroom (lacking trim) and we have about ½ the kitchen finished. We have a lot more work that needs to be completed; however, we’re limited on money. The house is 1,00sqft, so the projects are not huge. Here are some of the things that still need to be finished on the house:
• Tile in the kitchen
• Interior & exterior trim (windows, doors, base, crown molding, ect) throughout the house
• Texture in one room
• Basic electrical work (outlets changed out, ect)
• The 10 X 20ft detached garage has a large hole in the roof & it is also leaning. Some of the crippling has rotted out and needs to be replaced along with some of the trusses & studs in the walls.
• Concrete driveway (currently dirt and rock) approx 75+/- X 10ft.

These are a few things that stick out and I’m sure we could find many others to add to the list. Would even be interested in trading my web services for some landscaping projects.
