orthopedic surgeon

i am a personal trainer in the D.C area of northern, VA.In desperate need of what i believe to be rotator cuff surgery.I have dislocted my shoulder 7 times and do not have health insurance.I am offering to train you twice a week for the next year if you can fix my shoulder.Thats 104 hours of my time worth about $7000 dollars for a couple of hours of your time.Please help!
