FIRST: We need to have a 9'-9' deck with railings and stairs built off the side of the house. The deck needs to be approximately 4'-5' off the ground. Currently there are brick stairs and a small landing in this location that need to be removed. If needed, we will demo and remove the current stairs before construction of the new deck. SECOND, In addition to the new deck, we also need to have the exterior trim paint scaped and painted. This is a 1950's brick ranch house.
