Hello, I own a real estate brokerage and am looking to exchange my portion of a real estate commission in exchange for your services. Even if you don't have property in my area, you can use me to refer a realtor in your area. I'll trade my portion of the split with the other realtor. The typical amount would be 1% of the selling price. I'll do the research to make sure you get an experienced, qualified and knowledgeable realtor in your area plus trade my portion of the commission.
