Dentist / Orthodontist

I am a realtor in North Florida that's willing to help Seller's sell or Buyers buy a home. I have 12 years experience in the real estate business from investing to listing, selling, negotiation, etc. Everything from single family homes, vacant lots, mobile homes, and small commercial properties. I also own or have owned each of these.

We're located in Jacksonville, but we can sell homes in Orlando and Tampa as well. So, If you're a orthodontist or dentist, I'd be willing to trade my services in exchange for yours. I have 3 kids that could use braces so this would be right on time.

Will also consider the same for medical doctors as well. The kids always need physicals and checkups and minor injuries from sports. If interested, let me know.

Lastly, if you have any other dentists or orthodontists you're aware of that could use my services, I'll offer them the same deal and pay you a "marketing fee". Even if you don't have property in my area, you can use me to refer a realtor in your area. I'll trade my portion of the split with the other realtor. The typical amount would be 1% of the selling price. I'll do the research to make sure you get an experienced, qualified and knowledgeable realtor in your area plus trade my portion of the commission.
