I have been a full-time fitness professional for 16 years, with a lifetime of non-professional experience behind that. I have a small training studio in my home, work out of another small gym, and make house calls. I'm also available for distance training via video call. I specialize in correcting postural distortions, injury prevention/correction, balance, core stability and barefoot running/training.
