Journeyman Craftsman with 28+years experience in all facets of residential and commercial construction and remodeling. Will trade work for a small piece of land/lot I could build on, or a existing dwelling that I could own. I can build anything in exchange, including room additions, decks, garages, concrete, sheds, or any metal kit buildings, remodeling, siding, open stairsytems, finish carpentry or ANY other construction project that you need help in completing or doing. I am even well versed in other trades like plumbing, electrical and hvac and can assist in anything. I am fully tooled up and can do Anything needed in exchange.
