I do small catering jobs of 25 people or less, cook everything from rice and beans to ribs (my speciality) roast etc... A friend of mine will be making speciality cakes fer small party catering jobs upon request... I also have over 5 years of paid experience working as a live in and working out of high end business in Palm Springs fer eldercare. I have dealt with such patients in hospic care, with cancer, with demsia, on breathing machine, in and out of hospital and who are bed ridden....
