Vacant house sitter

My Mother and I are expert painters and cleaners! (details..details !) We have worked in real estate in the past and we know what a detriment it is to have a house sitting vacant. We are available to house sit and paint, clean, spruce up the yard. You supply the roof, utilities and "fix it" supplies and we will supply the TLC. Nothing major..such as roofs. etc.) We will be back to the states in July/August and traveling, therefore our location is flexible with enough notice. Also, possibly international if you book by June! Thank you!
