Hi,
I greatly appreciate your interest in bartering with me. Although an extremely interesting offer, I cannot say that It will be useful for my immediate needs. If I may ask.. could you please provide me further details on your beach house/resort and also on what type of website you would like for example: 3 Pages, what the pages should consist of, Etc.. Do You need a Logo Designed, or Photographs retouched? If you are able to provide me in as much detail and if possible any similar example sites I may be able to put you in touch with someone who may be interested in the deal.
