GORGOUS PENTHOUSE - huge, full kitchen, right at edge of French Quarter. See lots of pics of the resort at I don't use it anymore (I bought a smaller one in the same bldg!). Value is approx $17,500, annual usage. Look at the review on , this place is fabulous. Maintenance fees are only $571 per year. Rental fee is $400 per night if you don't want to use it. If you compare the cost of this unit with cost of hotel rooms for eight people over New Years Week, it should pay for itself within five years. Quarthouse has daily maid service, which is unusual for a timeshare. 24 hour staff at front desk; beautiful courtyard with small pool and hot tub. Free continental breakfast and music on Sunday mornings. Walking distance to everything, you won't need a car when you get here.
Best of all, this is for Week 52 which includes New Years and Sugar Bowl!! Every six or seven years there is a week 53 on the calendar...then you get RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL to also use that second week, for additional maintenance fee of $571.00.
My goal is to trade this timeshare for full or partial payment on a Class C used motorhome.
