Women's Fitness Boot Camp
Windy City Boot Camp is a 4-week women's fitness boot camp. All levels of fitness welcome, if you are just getting back into exercise or looking to change up your routine, everyone can benefit.
Each camper brings a set of weights, water and mat daily; all other equipment is provided. Camp is indoors Dec.-March and meets 4x per week. Camp is outdoors April-November and meets 5x per week (M-F). Each camp includes measurements and nutrition information to get you on the best track to get the best results.
Camp is held from 5:30am-6:30am; Spring - Fall schedule also includes a later morning time that meets 3x per week.
