I can code solutions for you, that provide these functions: tcp/ip, ah/esp, text-to-speech and graphics. I code true Windows EXEs that usually do not require any include files, but rather can be a single file, if you prefer. I can make aesthetically pleasing graphical user interfaces. I presently am shy to accept big projects, only small and medium complexity, and my price per hour reflects this fact.
