Own an irreplaceable piece of history! VERY RARE STONE.
Will sell for cash or will trade for rentable real estate, vessels (dive boat, work boat, yacht), vehicles (newer, low mileage, clean CarFax), RV/Motorhome, aircraft, fine art (no prints please), and perhaps operating businesses or clean public shell corp with 99% delivery. All must be in excellent condition. Functioning businesses located in South Florida may also be considered. No interest in services.
You must own your item free and clear - I will not assume any debt or loans. I have other stones available and can create a custom package to fit your specific trade.
Looking for EVEN trades - no cash in either direction unless you want to trade up. Looking for equitable trades - meaning value to value, not wholesale to retail or vice versa.
This is an extremely rare color, a very rare size, it is entirely UNTREATED, AND the stone was recovered from an historic 18th Century shipwreck. Truly a unique opportunity to own a piece of history. Thanks to Johnny Depp and Pirates of the Caribbean, ship wreck treasure is more popular than ever.
While I doubt you would want to alter this stone in any way, you could certainly have this stone cut into a massive jewel - probably in excess of 10 carats, with lots of smaller matching emeralds as a result. In other words, this stone is suitable for cutting into fine emerald jewelry and is not simply a geological oddity.
This is a great economy in which to be moving into easily portable hard assets, why not do it with one of the rarest stones available?
Again, this is a top gem quality stone, not a rock hound piece.
Regarding Values: Please note that Sotheby's sold a 12-carat emerald in November 2012 for $116,570 per carat, so the asking price is set very reasonably, especially considering the provenance and the fact that emeralds of this size simply cannot be found elsewhere in the market. Per Gemstone Forecaster Magazine, 3.5-4 Color natural emeralds have been rare since the early 1990s.
Again, your asset must be delivered Free and Clear. Real estate should be rentable and in good condition - no fixer uppers or vacant land, please. Aircraft should be in excellent condition with current maintenance and all records. Vessels will need to be delivered to Florida in excellent working condition. No Wooden Vessels, please. Looking for yachts, work boats, and boats that can accommodate scuba diving. Vehicles should have clean title, clean CarFax, and be in excellent condition. New and classics considered. Fine Art also considered, prefer originals. Precious Metals (bullion, coins, etc) also considered. Will also consider 99% deliverable clean public shell.
If you have any questions, please just ask.
