Precoaching Outline via email: This outline is to get a basic understanding of you and your coaching needs. This can be very short or extensive. This could be where you share with me some of your struggles, challenges and goals for this coaching session.

Two-30-45 Minute Coaching Session: We discuss how to move you forward in certain areas of your life. Usually it comes down to getting yourself to do what you know you should do. I prefer to do these coaching sessions within a week or two of each other.

Post Coaching wrap up via email: This is a follow up email within a week of our coaching session for me to give you added suggestions. (Sometimes this will entail a follow up email to you and then my additional feedback and suggestions)
