Cleaning/Maid Service

Offering home cleaning services. We clean your home immaculately! I am a very organized, tidy person and truly love to clean. My basic service includes:

* Vacuuming all carpets and furniture
* Sweeping all hard flooring
* Light dusting
* Baseboards
* Remove cobwebs
* Kitchen: Wiping down all surfaces (ie: countertops, tables, etc.), wiping appliances, cleaning microwave, wiping down stove top, sanitize and shine sinks
* Kitchen: Unload and reload dishwasher
* Empty all trash cans
* Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize all showers, bathtubs and sinks
* Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize all vanities, bathtubs and commodes and mop floors
* Clean all mirrors in the home
* Make beds

For additional fees, I can provide the following:

* Oven cleaning (+$30)
* Refrigerator cleaning (+$40)
* Window washing (+$30)

Prices for homes up to 2,000 sq ft:

One-time cleaning: $300
Move-outs: $300
Once a month: $265
Twice a month: $150 per cleaning
Weekly: $100 per cleaning

For homes between 2,000-3,000 sf, please add an additional $40 fee.
For homes over 3,000 sf, please add an additional $60 fee.
