I am an experienced teacher, counselor and trainer with extensive experience in mindfulness skills. If you've taken an MBSR course or other mindfulness training and want to learn how to bring these skills deeply into your everyday life, I can help. Or maybe you've heard about mindfulness but don't feel comfortable in a group and would like one-on-one instruction. This is your chance.
