I am a business and technical writer with 15 years experience, Ivy-League education, with a Bachelor's in Business and a Master's in Applied Linguistics. I do all types of technical/business writing. I write user guides for software or other products, administrator guides, product inserts, technical manuals, policies and procedures, forms, safety manuals, marketing brochures, etc. I can also do proofreading of any type of writing including that on websites.

Note that business/technical writing includes resume writing. I would charge a different rate for a resume project. I have over 10 years experience writing resumes.
