Unbelievable site with your own rocky cliff right in the middle. Build up high (better views, more expensive construction) or on lower location (no distant views from the house, but easy to build). Views from the rock are amazing--you can see Mt. Evans, and all around are mountains and valleys.
Road and road maintenance are shared by 4 homeowners.
We had planned to build here but we've moved to the East Coast to be near our kids.
Plat available on request--feel free to take a self-guided tour. Follow the road all the way to the end and you can keep driving straight into the property to park, then climb up onto the rock to enjoy the view.
