Security Patrol Services

Our patrol units coupled with professional staff command authority on your property and send a powerful message to those with criminal intent. To perform tasks on Client property to include: Looking for criminal activity, identify security issues, parking enforcement, enforce property rules and regulations, and any other tasks assigned by the Client. Our vehicles are fully insured by commercial auto insurance.

Clients are not limited on how many calls we can respond to. In addition to the specified number of patrols throughout the day or night, we will respond to any type of security related call to include parking issues, disturbances, and keeping the peace.

Patrol is a cost effective service that allows Clients to have service when they need it most. If you are looking for a service that does not require a security officer posted at the property location, patrol is probably right for you. Others that need security officers in a higher crime area, we have on-site officers available as well.

National Public Safety takes the time to understand your needs. Our reports are tailored to the specialized expectations of customers in the residential market. This ensures that we are providing useful information to our customers with enough detail to benefit their mission.

Security officers complete Daily Activity Reports on a daily basis. The report records what is occurring throughout their shift. Our daily activity reports have a checklist at the top to insure critical factors are noted. This gives our customers the “horse power” necessary to identify maintenance & safety hazards, violations of community rules & regulations, criminal activity and other suspicious activity.

Supervisors sign in and complete a supervisory review each day when they inspect security officers on post. Providing a checklist ensures the supervisor inspects all critical areas of the officer’s performance.

Our Trespassing/Loitering Citations are a real problem solver. We document everyone who trespasses on your property and file the information with local law enforcement. This insures that we get the assistance and response we need to keep these problem makers off your property. This citation was created with cooperation from the Crime Free Multi-Housing Coordinator to insure we get the response we need from our partners in law enforcement.

We also have tailor made parking violations with our company information. We track all parking citations so that we can document trends with problem vehicles.

Patrol officers will inspect building & fence perimeters, office areas, common areas, and doors and windows of businesses. Mobile Patrol Service is conducted by a trained patrol officer working out of a clearly marked vehicle who performs one or more patrol inspections of the customer's property as often as needed. This service is offered 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Patrol Inspections: Our marked patrol vehicles will conduct patrols of your property randomly throughout the night. Our highly trained patrol officers will inspect vulnerable areas within your property such as building & fence perimeters, doors, windows and common areas. They will identify any suspicious activity and make contact with any individuals who do not belong on your property.

Computerized Patrol Tour Verification: Computer checkpoints are placed on your property. Patrol officers scan these points with a transponder. With our system you can verify you are getting what you pay for.

Parking Enforcement: Security officers enforce parking rules and regulations. Work with tow companies to eliminate parking problems. We will utilize a specific tow company or our rotation list depending on your discretion.

Unlimited Community Response: Patrol officers will quickly respond to your resident’s calls to address any safety or security related concerns of you or your residents. Your calls are our highest priority.

Lock & Unlock Service: Security officers conduct facility opening & closing procedures according to customer specifications. Includes securing common areas of communities, activation & deactivation of alarms.
