If you have Massage Therapy experience, or are taking classes in same, and would like to learn Basic Ballroom Dancing, I would like to trade one session for the other.
I have chronic joint and muscle pain and have foud benefit from these therapy sessions.
In basic ballroom dancing you could select from a variety of dances including: Merengue, Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo/Salsa, Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz and Tango.
