great place to live country but 10 miles away from city with all you need ocean 35 miles away property is on nice little creek sall fish backs up to forest hiking horse riding atv lots of wild life hoe has never been somked in easy lawn care also have more land availiable if needed lakes with public dock 4 miles away elamentry school 1 mile away any questions just ask realistate prices are down now 2years ago i had offer of 130000.00 but was asking 145 i should have sold it but know i have adjusted price acording to market real low 100 i have to move due to work or i would have lived here forever my camera is down but i can email more pictures i wanting nice rv worth 30 _40 thousand and you take over the payments morgage now is 620 a month if refinaced it would be around 450-500 becase we have paid quite abit off since the morgage began besides monthly payments so lets deal i am flexable
