I bought this dress in April 2009 for prom; worn only for fitting and the Prom. It's black, almost floor length if you're not wearing shoes, ruffled vertically. It's a halter dress and has a large brooch where the neckline comes to an end. The only issue that I had was a slight tear, but I had it stitched up securely.
