Waterfront LAND property WILL TRADE PAID $120,000 1/2acre

I need about 100k worth of work done on my home and I own a beautiful piece of waterfront property - I paid $120,000 for the property and because my 12 year old son has gotten sick I do not want to build on the lot, I have purchased an existing home instead. The home can use the following: I would like to stone the exterior, add a fireplace, stone an existing fireplace, landscaping and terracing, in-ground pool and surrounding finishes, decorating, wood ceiling, bathroom remodeling. I don't anticipate getting all of those items for the property but I do hope to get the house stoned, fireplace stoned and one fireplace added and most of the pool covered within this trade. I am open to what can be included. The property is over 1/2 acre, one side is woods, 270 feet of waterfront frontage on a 200 acre all sports lake convenient to Chicago in a wonderful town with a charming, old fashioned downtown and excellent schools. I have invested 140,000 dollars into the property and would like to get services and materials in exchange for it - willing to negotiate - phenominal deal! You could have a small cabin built on it or a large, amazing dream home. We have architectural plans for 3500 square foot home (not including a basement) - we have engineering core samples that indicate that the lot composition is ready for building, sewer tap approval and variance approvals for three houseplans (due to height). An AMAZING place - you can even just hang on to the land, allow it to appreciate but use it for your boating, skiing, jet-skiing, pontoon boating pleasure!!!! You could camp on it, put a nice modular etc.!
