It is 3G capable, GPS (with tom tom maps), full qwerty keyboard, wifi, and has a tilting screen that makes it resemble a laptop. Has visible signs of use but no cracks or damage. Everything on the phone functions properly such as the buttons and touch screen. Comes with the stylus, black covering case, usb cord, and a/c power cord.
