Toy trading website business for trade

I created a few months ago with the idea in mind to swap toys, games and services with other moms, dads, teachers, social clubs and anyone family oriented. It's been off to a slow start, there are a few members, but have not had time to really push this business off to its biggest potential as I have several other projects I am working on. I have spent alot of time and money customizing its inner software capabilities, but don't have time to socialize the site to get it noticed. This website would be great for large social groups, moms groups, parenting clubs that are looking to add something new to their organization, even for schools/teachers, or if you just know how to get it off on its feet. The long term potential earnings was to get alot of members to join for free, and when there was alot of toys, games and other stuff to trade, members would eventually pay a small fee to list in the featured section of the homepage and also list their own business in the banner area. The idea of the website is to not only to trade but rent out toys and games too. I have marketed the site locally, paid for a you tube video You can view it, here:

If I were to sell it for cash, I'd want $800 which is not the total time and money that I have put into it. Since many schools, clubs and organizations don't have the added spending cash to purchase a site that still needs some marketing and to be noticed in the long term on internet search engines.

The site, which comes with hosting until next year, the domain name, and the cpanel access as well as me personally showing you how to edit the inner pages so you can change most of the homepage images, any text etc. is included in this listing. You can put whatever images you want on the homepage, making it more suitable for your purposes. The items listed on the website are not included. Although the marketing has been done for Arizona, this website can be used anywhere. And until I find a new owner, I will continue to market it and be an active webmaster for the current services associated with this website.

The website software installed is through iscripts. You can purchase their software for $100 but you have to purchase a website, pay hosting, pay the software company to load the software to the site properly, add the background, change the text and images and much more. Unless you know how to do it yourself, it is quite time consuming and costly. It is not a basic classified ads site. There is a lot more capabilities with this site. You can send members a newsletter, you can delete any items/members inappropriate for the site, add your own featured items, add more pictures per item and so much more. Very easy to manage.
