 WHERE IS YOUR TIMESHARE IN MEXICO AND HOW MANY YEARS, ROOMS, ETC.

Timeshare is in Playa Del Carmen which is south of Cancun and north of Cozumel. Timeshare has never been used but starts this year in 2010 and is on an every other year basis, (even years) until 2056. Unit has 2 rooms, sleeps 6-8, has 2 fold down murphy beds and master bedroom has jacuzzi on balcony. You can see resort at Name of resort is Royal Haciendas.

maintenance fees are $500 every other year. 1/2 hour away from Cancun airport. This is the newest of the royal resorts with 4 others in Cancun which you can also use for free along with free shuttles to and from. Also part of RCI network which lets you travel anywhere in the world for an extra $150. I have suite C314A. You also get 35% of your investment back in 2056. Hope this helps.
