yes I like to crochet quilt knit and would like to mabye make soap I want to do everything legal do i collect taxes is it considered a hobby until I make a profit that kind of thing I have made stuff but I haven't sold anything yet. I want to make it all legal first
OK I understand, there are several steps involved, among other items you should form a company and properly organize it (i.e. resolutions etc), you will need a sellers permit/state sales take permit, Federal identification numbers and a list of other things I can certainly help you with. And no you would need to pay sales tax regardless if you made a profit or not.
