sorry, no pics. yes you can build. It has some ohia-lehua trees about 5-20' tall.The lot has a bulldozed driveway and flat place to build a home, most lots here are not ready or difficult to build on due to slopes.. This one needs little prep. Sorry for the delay, forgot this ad existed.
