Im a personal trainer in desperate need of what i believe to be rotator cuff surgery.When i lie in bed it feels like my shoulder is going to pop out of socket.I will train you twice a week for free for the next year.thats over a $7000 value and 104 hours of my time for a couple of hours of yours.I dont have health insurance and have dislocated my shoulder 7 times.Please help!
