Generally, the premises must be kept and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times and must meet all public health area standards. (d)No tar paper or other unsightly coverings or buildings shall be used and all structures shall be constructed in conformity with a moderately restrictive building code. No use of the premises shall be made which will render the property or neighborhood unsightly or which creates conditions which are inconsistent with a moderately restricted neighborhood.
