It is in used condition, and has some scratches on the back. The screen has one scratch as well that does not affect game play at all! I installed custom firmware 5.00m33-3 on it myself and everything works perfectly. The MS reader works, and the UMD drive has no problem at all playing games. Because this has custom firmware, you have the option of running homebrew applications and really experience what this system can so. I no longer want it since I run homebrew on my DSi and haven't touched my PSP in ages.
This will come with the system, two 4gig memory sticks, a protective clear hard case for the system, and the A/C adaptor. I do have a Socom UMD disk with it, but it's case is broken, so I don't think you'd want that.
