I'm the author of "Three Months at Trader Joe's, A Lifestyle Odyssey". I specialize in taking clients on shopping expeditions to Trader Joe's and other markets near their homes, teaching them how to buy for quick, easy, healthy meal preparation. Seniors find this service especially helpful when they lose a spouse who was the primary cook in the family, or when their spouse is no longer able to prepare the meals.
