Used but like new. Never had any problems and EXACTLY used twice.
Never dropped, no damages, no dings/dents, and not dusty!
Remote not included. All needed button functions are on the player itself, and a universal remote is compatible or this model DVD player.
I bought for my son but his grandma beat me to the gift. So its been sitting in my bedroom as an extra, I dont watch movies too much =)
